About the client

Millet Masters is a Hyderabad-based health food brand producing millet-based breakfast cereals, snacks, and flours. Founded by a nutritionist and a supply chain professional, the brand had exceptional product quality but no digital presence. The founder wanted to build a national D2C brand without traditional advertising.

A health food startup selling millet-based products was almost entirely dependent on offline retail, had 800 Instagram followers, no content calendar, and packaging not designed for the digital shelf.

We redesigned the complete packaging system with a cleaner, more premium visual language — prioritising legibility at thumbnail size on Amazon and Shopify. New brand colours, typography, and photography style guide established.
